This website is operated by VibeCodeWeb. We provide custom digital services — web development, AI automations, SaaS, and consulting. Because work begins immediately upon payment and project kickoff, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a project with us.
Cancellation by Stage
The outcome of a cancellation depends on how far the project has progressed:
Stage 1 — Before Work Starts
Cancel any time before the project kickoff meeting or before any files/code have been created. Full refund of advance paid. Processing time: 10–14 business days.
Stage 2 — Work In Progress (Partial Delivery)
If work has begun and partial deliverables exist, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed. The client retains rights to deliverables received up to the point of cancellation.
Stage 3 — Project Delivered
Once the project has been delivered and handed over as per the agreed scope, cancellation is not applicable and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Deadlines
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event triggering the cancellation (e.g., change of mind, project scope disagreement)
- Requests submitted after 7 days of the triggering event will not be eligible for a refund
- For ongoing/retainer engagements, cancellation must be notified at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle
Cancellation by VibeCodeWeb
VibeCodeWeb reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Project scope involves illegal, harmful, or unethical content
- Consistent non-payment or breach of payment terms
- Force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any work not yet completed, within 10–14 business days.
Refund on Cancellation
Where a refund is applicable upon cancellation:
- Mode: Credited back via the original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank transfer via PayU
- Timeline: 10–14 business days from approval of the cancellation request
- Cash refunds: Not issued under any circumstances
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, API fees) are non-refundable
How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation:
- Email us at samya.indya@gmail.com with subject "Cancellation Request — [Your Project Name]"
- Include your full name, contact number, payment reference/transaction ID, and reason for cancellation
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days and confirm the cancellation status and any applicable refund within 5 business days
